Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist guests with their needs efficiently. The Front Desk Associate will handle reservations, answer phone inquiries, and support guests throughout their stay to create a welcoming environment. Must be available to cover 7am-3p , 3p-11p shifts and weekends. This is a part time position 24-32hrs per week. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out process Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, providing information or directing inquiries appropriately Make reservations accurately using the hotel's booking system and manage guest requests related to their stay Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, or concerns to ensure a positive experience Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner Handle guest payments securely and accurately Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency with computers and reservation management systems is advantageous Professional appearance and positive attitude are important for representing the hotel brand

$14.00 per hour
