WEEKEND FRONT AGENT

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and professional Front Agent to join our team for Saturday & Sunday . This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent weekend position and who takes pride in providing excellent guest service. Qualifications Previous front desk/front agent experience required Stay PMS experience is a plus Reliable, dependable, and punctual Hardworking and responsible Professional and serious about their work Friendly and able to provide excellent guest service Must be willing to commit to working every Saturday & Sunday on a consistent basis Responsibilities Maintain accurate front desk cash drawers, room sales, and folio transactions Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests Issue room keys and provide appropriate instructions Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously in accordance with hotel policies Transmit telephone messages Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local shopping, dining, entertainment, and other area information Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts Compute guest bills, collect payments, and make change Make and confirm guest reservations Post charges for rooms, sundry items, fax, copying, telephone, and other applicable services Make restaurant, transportation, and entertainment reservations and arrange tours when requested Safeguard and deposit guests' valuables in the designated safe-deposit box Restock the coffee station as needed Keep the front desk and work area clean, neat, and organized Restock supplies and maintain adequate front desk inventory Deliver requested supplies and items to guests as needed Interested?
