As a Guest Reception Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests, from check-in to check-out. You will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and diverse team, contributing to the overall success of our resort. Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly and efficient check-in process. Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information about resort amenities and local attractions. Process guest reservations, handle payments, and manage guest accounts. Address guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a pleasant guest experience. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and special requests. Handle guest feedback and suggestions, contributing to continuous improvement. Stay updated on resort promotions and packages to offer guests the best options. Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing and record-keeping.
