Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process. Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to provide guests with relevant information. Operate phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in managing guest relations by fostering a welcoming environment for all visitors. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures at all times. Experience Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred . Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus. Proficiency in customer service practices, with a focus on guest satisfaction. Strong phone etiquette skills to manage calls professionally. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance guest relations. Experience with night audit procedures is advantageous.
