Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Staff member, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. This vital role combines exceptional customer service with efficient administrative support, ensuring each guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their stay. Whether managing check-ins, handling guest inquiries, or coordinating with other hotel departments, you will be at the heart of delivering outstanding hospitality in a vibrant resort environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage phone and email systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues with professionalism and a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Provide exceptional guest services by offering local recommendations, assisting with luggage, and ensuring overall guest comfort. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs and maintain high standards of service. Skills Strong background in hospitality management and customer service with previous hotel experience preferred. Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world. Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations to streamline check-in/out processes. Excellent phone etiquette skills for handling inquiries via multi-line phone systems professionally. Experience with night audit procedures and understanding of hotel accounting practices. Exceptional guest relations skills combined with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
