Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage guest reservations efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services with enthusiasm. Maintain smooth operations at the front desk by answering multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette. Assist guests with requests such as room changes, billing questions, or special accommodations to enhance their stay. Conduct night audits when scheduled, verifying daily transactions and ensuring financial accuracy while maintaining high guest service standards. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest issues promptly and effectively. Uphold guest relations by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations, fostering loyalty and positive reviews. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally and politely. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient operation. Experience with night audit procedures is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques. Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and organized during busy shifts, especially during night hours or peak seasons.
