As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette. Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service at all times. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Strong knowledge of phone systems and ability to manage multiple calls efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Familiarity with resort operations or hotel management practices is advantageous. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is a plus.
