Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional front desk experience. Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, offering prompt solutions and information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled swiftly. Assist with night audit procedures, reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to support financial accuracy. Enforce hotel emergency procedures confidently and calmly during incidents or safety concerns. Maintain clear communication with clients and team members, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes preferred. Excellent phone communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette. Previous hotel experience, especially in resort environments, is advantageous to excel in this role.
