Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point and last impression of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming experience and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred, along with multilingual abilities to serve our diverse clientele. The Guest Service Agent plays a vital role in maintaining guest satisfaction and fostering positive guest relations within our resort environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently per Marriott standards and requirememts. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and resolve any guests' concerns. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating via phone or email Assist with night audit procedures as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations Uphold high standards of guest relations by delivering personalized service and resolving issues effectively Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures to promote safety and security Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel guest services preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to assist diverse guests Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Fosse is a plus Hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed Join our team to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences that keep guests returning!
