In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will help foster a warm, inviting environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while working in a vibrant resort setting. This position is available for the Front Desk 3pm-11pm Shift. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interaction. Manage all front desk operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Operate multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to assist guests, vendors, and team members effectively. Maintain detailed records of guest stays, billing information, and special requests to ensure seamless guest relations. Conduct night audits when scheduled, verifying daily transactions and balancing accounts to support hotel financial accuracy. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat visits. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly valued. Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient operations. Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail under pressure. Strong understanding of guest relations principles, including conflict resolution and personalized service delivery. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including phone etiquette, guest services protocols, and hotel management practices.
