  • 11:00 PM) We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented part time Front Desk Agent to join our team for the PM shift (3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM) .
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. In this role, you will assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, handle reservations, and ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service throughout their stay. This position requires professionalism, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of hospitality. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Manage room reservations through phone, email, and third-party platforms Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and process payments Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to fulfill guest needs Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in hospitality or related field preferred Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience is a plus Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, HotelKey, or similar) is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and demeanor
Working Conditions:
Standing for extended periods May be required to lift or carry light items (e.g., luggage, packages) Fast-paced, customer-facing environment Hotel experience is required for this position. At this time, we are not considering any candidates who are not able to work on weekends or holidays.
