Be conversational and proactive with guests — make them feel welcomed, noticed, and comfortable. Bartend and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel policies and applicable laws. Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at the hotel bar. Engage guests in friendly conversation and build genuine connections. Process bar transactions and handle cash accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area. Monitor the property overnight and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns. Work independently while remaining energetic, alert, and professional throughout the shift. Prepare the hotel and front desk for the following day's operations.
