Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Your energetic and professional approach will ensure every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You will manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate with various hotel departments to deliver a seamless and memorable stay. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service expertise, multilingual abilities, and hotel management skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests warmly and efficiently check them in and out using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage hotel reservations through hospitality management software, ensuring accuracy and special requests are accommodated Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering local recommendations Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, maintaining excellent phone etiquette while managing guest communications Assist guests with room assignments, billing questions, and special requests to enhance their overall experience Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety and respond effectively during incidents or crises Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Familiarity with hotel reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS) Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction techniques Ability to handle night audit procedures and perform administrative tasks accurately during late shifts Previous resort experience is a plus, along with familiarity in hospitality reservation systems and guest services software Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering energetic, transparent, and top-tier hospitality service.
