Experienced front desk - Fertility Clinic

Precision IVF is looking for a pleasant front desk who is willing to give an incredible customer service! The practice is conveniently located at the the center of Mckinney, Frisco, Plano and Allen, at I-121 and Coit Road, Frisco, TX. The person should have experience in front desk work and willingness to do the following job duties: Scheduling Patients Answering Telephones Checking Patients In and Out Entering and Posting Charges in EMR Insurance Verification, Eligibility, Benefits, Authorization, Pre-Certification, Reconsideration and Appeals. Able to explain insurance benefits to patients, and collect appropriate patient responsibility payments (co-pay, deductibles, co-insurance) Rooming Patients Assisting Patients with Any Question in their capacity. Previous front desk experience is required.
