Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing warm welcomes, efficient check-in and check-out services, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. Your multitasking skills, hospitality management expertise, and multilingual abilities will help create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Whether managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, your proactive approach will drive guest satisfaction and uphold our reputation for outstanding service. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management software. Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, addressing guest requests promptly and efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences to support personalized service. Conduct night audits when scheduled to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects the hotel's hospitality values. Assist in managing guest relations by providing exceptional service that fosters loyalty and positive reviews. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to handle diverse guest needs in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual proficiency (bilingual skills) is a significant advantage for serving our diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hospitality management software systems used for reservations and guest tracking is desirable. Experience with night audit procedures or hotel accounting processes is a plus. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently. Prior hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality settings will help you excel in this role. Pay:
$12.50 - $13.00 per hour
