The ideal candidate is a problem solver who enjoys helping guests and working in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for all hotel guests. Be able to identify and solve guest concerns and problems in a professional manner. Be flexible and available to work evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed. Keep the front desk, lobby, and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Assist guests with questions, requests, check-in/check-out, and other hotel needs. Work well with other hotel staff and always be willing to help wherever needed. Maintain a professional, positive, and helpful attitude. Have some previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry preferred. Be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently when necessary. Good communication and basic computer skills are preferred.
