Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Maintenace Personals to join our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. The candidate shall be required to have basic knowledge of maintaining repair and upkeep of the buildings including plumbing, air conditioners, electrical etc. Responsibilities Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information to guests. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel or resort maintenance preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
