About the Role As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly, and efficient. You'll assist with check-ins, answer inquiries, manage reservations, and support daily administrative tasks while helping create a positive guest experience. What You'll Do Guest Services & Front Desk Operations Welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude. Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly. Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions. Handle guest requests and resolve concerns efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Administrative Support Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems. Process payments and issue receipts when required. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments. Schedule appointments and manage front desk communications. Perform general administrative and data entry tasks. Customer Service & Team Support Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction. Assist with daily front office operations and special requests. Support team members during busy periods. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Help create a positive, professional, and guest-focused environment. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, reception, customer service, administrative support, or retail is a plus but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
