Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, special requests, and local information to enhance their stay. Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room availability. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards. Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy during overnight shifts. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly required to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening.
