Job Description

Front Desk Agent We are seeking a professional, dependable, and guest focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming guest experience while supporting daily hotel operations in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail oriented, and comfortable multitasking while delivering exceptional customer service aligned with Marriott brand standards. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service during check in and check out Answer phone calls, assist with reservations, and respond to guest inquiries professionally Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery situations with professionalism and urgency Process payments, authorize credit cards, and balance cash transactions accurately Monitor hotel inventory and room availability through Marriott systems Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure guest readiness and service quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk and lobby areas Follow Marriott brand standards, hotel policies, and safety procedures Assist with mobile key requests, guest messaging, and Bonvoy member recognition Complete shift reports and communicate operational updates to management and other departments Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Experience with Marriott FOSSE preferred but not required Strong communication and problem solving skills Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast paced hospitality environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required Benefits Marriott hotel discounts worldwide Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding hospitality company Supportive team environment Competitive pay based on experience About Us We are a modern Marriott property focused on delivering exceptional guest service, clean accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere for both business and leisure travelers.
