Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage guest reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness Handle guest inquiries via phone communication with excellent phone etiquette, offering information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Assist guests with room assignments, upgrades, and special requests to enhance their stay Respond promptly to guest concerns or complaints, demonstrating customer service problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively as a single point of contact Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and ensure guest safety at all times Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations Conduct night audit procedures when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management Uphold guest relations by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations and fosters loyalty Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols necessary for guest security Experience working in resort environments or high-volume hotels is advantageous Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle night audit responsibilities and manage multiple tasks efficiently Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
