In this multifaceted role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth front desk operations while delivering exceptional guest services. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage hotel check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems and in person, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly Coordinate reservations, modifications, and cancellations with hospitality reservation systems while maintaining high customer service standards Oversee breakfast service, ensuring a clean, inviting setup and attentive guest interactions to enhance their morning experience Assist with hotel emergency procedures, including safety protocols and incident reporting to ensure guest safety at all times Maintain accurate records of guest stays, requests, and feedback to support excellent guest relations and continuous improvement Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests better Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms, is preferred Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling client interactions professionally Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light loads, and work flexible hours including mornings for breakfast service Previous experience in resort environments or with hotel experience is advantageous Join us in creating welcoming atmospheres where every guest feels valued!
