Guest Service Representative (Night Audit) Mansfield, TX Be the Calm Behind Every Great Stay. At Fairfield by Marriott, hospitality never sleeps. We're looking for a dependable, guest-focused Guest Service Representative and PT Night Audit who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the hotel's daily operations close accurately each night. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service with professionalism and attention to detail. What You'll Do As our overnight Guest Service Representative, you'll be responsible for both front desk operations and the nightly audit process.

Your responsibilities include:

Welcome guests with Marriott's spirit of hospitality. Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Complete the Night Audit and reconcile daily hotel transactions. Balance cash, credit card activity, and daily revenue reports. Respond professionally to guest requests and resolve concerns. Monitor hotel safety and conduct routine property walks. Prepare reports and documentation for the morning leadership team. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk. Communicate important operational updates through detailed shift pass-ons. Support housekeeping and maintenance by documenting overnight issues. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience required Hotel front desk experience preferred Night Audit experience is a plus Basic computer skills required Hilton Experience a Must, but not required Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Schedule Overnight Shift:
