Job Description
Job Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with care and accuracy Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications Process payments and maintain accurate records Assist with guest requests and resolve concerns promptly Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and service standards Qualifications Prior hospitality or customer service experience (Hotel Experience) preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills; experience with hotel software is a plus Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Friendly, professional demeanor and a strong sense of responsibility How to Apply We're excited to meet the right candidate in person or by email!
