Your role is pivotal in creating memorable experiences for our visitors, ensuring they feel valued and at home from the moment they arrive. You will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes. Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality that keeps our guests coming back! What you'll do Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and assist them during check-in and check-out processes. Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries with precision and care. Handle phone calls promptly and provide information about our services. Conduct night audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Address guest concerns or requests efficiently to enhance their overall experience. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Mandatory washing and drying laundry. Skills Must be bilingual to communicate with guests. Must have reliable source of transportation. Excellent customer service skills with a knack for resolving issues effectively. Familiarity with night audit procedures to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Outstanding phone etiquette when handling inquiries through multi-line phone systems.
