Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Associate/Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will create memorable guest experiences around the clock. In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our property, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth nightly operations. Your proactive approach and exceptional customer service skills will help foster a warm, efficient environment for guests and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hospitality management expertise with night shift responsibilities in a vibrant hotel setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding front desk service and assistance with reservations using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accurate records of all transactions Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction through effective problem-solving and personalized service Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, room charges, and reservations to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies Maintain a secure environment by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing safety inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures Assist with administrative duties including phone communication, reservation modifications, and updating guest information in property management systems (PMS) Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; previous night audit or resort experience is highly desirable Proficiency with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar PMS platforms Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, phone etiquette, and effective communication in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and property management systems (PMS) Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward client communication and resolving guest issues promptly Hospitality certification or relevant training in hotel management is advantageous Assist with general cleaning tasks and hotel laundry Join us to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences during the night shift!
