Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Spark. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel management or guest services and be comfortable working with multi-line phone systems. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling incoming calls on multi-line phone systems. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer systems related to hotel management and reservations.
