Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction. Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Coordinate reservations using hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and special requests are accommodated. Maintain clear communication via multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Assist with night audit procedures when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management. Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, fostering positive reviews and repeat business. Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times. Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver seamless service during busy periods or special events. Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is highly preferred. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms, is advantageous. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Demonstrated customer service excellence with strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes enhances your ability to manage various responsibilities confidently. Resort experience or background in luxury hospitality settings is desirable for delivering elevated guest services. Strong communication skills via phone and in person are essential for building rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
