Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Audit, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure smooth overnight operations at our vibrant hotel. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent customer service skills, and are eager to contribute to guest satisfaction during the quiet nighttime hours. As a Night Audit team member, you will be the key point of contact for guests arriving late or checking out early, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate financial records to support our hotel's success. Duties Conduct nightly audit procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as Hotelkey to reconcile daily transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing friendly and professional service while managing reservations through hospitality reservation systems. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone and in person, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing safety checks, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures during overnight hours. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication with daytime staff. Assist with guest relations by addressing special requests, providing local information, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Support front desk operations by managing phone communication with professionalism, practicing proper phone etiquette, and handling multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; resort experience is a plus. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively and communicate clearly with guests and team members. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and night audit processes is essential. Excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills are required for handling inquiries professionally.
