Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, hospitality skills, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with necessary information
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with guest services, such as booking reservations or providing recommendations for local attractions

• Complete Night Audit Requirements:

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using hotel management software systems
• Knowledge of phone systems and basic office equipment operation
