Job Description

Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team at our resort. The ideal candidate will excel in guest relations, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. Experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, or guest services is highly valued, along with multilingual abilities and hotel experience. Bilingual skills, especially in popular languages, are considered a strong asset. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy using proper phone etiquette Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the hotel management system Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions securely Assist with night audit procedures when required to ensure smooth overnight operations Uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality management at all times Requirements Proven experience in front desk operations or hospitality management preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and reservation software is preferred Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hotel management practices, guest services, and hospitality industry standards Professional appearance and excellent phone etiquette Flexibility to work various shifts including nights as needed for hotel operations Join our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while advancing your career in the vibrant hospitality industry!
