Handle office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings. Support administrative functions by preparing word processing documents, proofreading communications, and managing correspondence. Utilize computer skills to operate office equipment, manage client communication systems, and ensure overall office organization. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a well-organized workspace. Experience Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with office management tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and spreadsheets. Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to support diverse client needs. Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, proofreading, and managing client communication effectively. Prior customer service or front desk experience that highlights your ability to support clients professionally. Technical proficiency with computer literacy and familiarity with productivity software to enhance efficiency.
