As the first and often last point of contact for our guests, our Front Desk Agents play an important role in creating the Clara experience. We're looking for someone who is naturally welcoming, attentive to detail, comfortable anticipating guest needs, and able to remain composed in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands that exceptional service is often found in the small details, a thoughtful welcome, a well-handled request, and a guest who leaves feeling genuinely cared for. What You'll Do Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism throughout arrival and departure. Complete check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, payment processing, and other front office responsibilities accurately. Assist guests with hotel information, local recommendations, amenities, and special requests. Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and polished manner. Anticipate guest needs and thoughtfully resolve concerns when they arise. Maintain accurate guest information, reservations, notes, and front desk records. Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and hotel leadership to create a seamless guest experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby environment. Support overnight and administrative responsibilities as needed. Follow Hilton and hotel standards, policies, procedures, and safety requirements. What We're Looking For Previous Hilton Front Desk experience: 1-2 years required Minimum 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience Genuine hospitality mindset with strong interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in challenging situations Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and basic office technology Hilton systems experience, PEP Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Reliable attendance and flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require The Clara Experience The Clara is a boutique hotel centered around presence, connection, and restoration.
