We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences during their stay at our hotel.

Duties:

• Perform night audit procedures efficiently and accurately
• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs promptly and with a smile
• Manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries
• Process payments and maintain guest accounts
• Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel procedures
• Assist with guest requests to guarantee their comfort and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience in night audit procedures is preferred
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with hotel management software systems
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
• Ability to work effectively at the front desk in a fast-paced environment
