In this lively role, you'll be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help create memorable stays and foster guest loyalty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment while providing top-tier guest services. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with smooth check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Manage reservations efficiently, including modifications and cancellations, utilizing hospitality reservation systems Ensure guest safety by following hotel emergency procedures and maintaining security protocols at the front desk Address guest concerns promptly with effective customer service problem-solving skills, aiming for complete satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and incident reports while ensuring data confidentiality Support night audit processes when required, reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management Requirements Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is a plus Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual skills are highly valued Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude Experience with hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) is desirable Flexibility to work evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences while advancing your career in hospitality!
