Holiday Inn Austin North - Round Rock is looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk Night Auditor to join our team.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Set Schedule:

Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday Hours:

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM 32 hours per week This is a set overnight schedule, so applicants must be available to work all four scheduled nights consistently .

Responsibilities include:

Provide friendly and professional guest service throughout the overnight shift Check guests in and out and assist with guest questions or concerns Answer phones and assist with reservations Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts Complete nightly audit procedures and reports Balance transactions and verify daily activity Maintain a clean and organized front desk/lobby area Handle guest concerns professionally and know when to escalate issues Complete overnight property and security checks as required Prepare the front desk for the morning shift What we're looking for: Dependable and punctual — reliability is extremely important for this position Comfortable working independently overnight Strong customer service and communication skills Good attention to detail and basic computer skills Able to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns Hotel/front desk or night audit experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their shift, enjoys helping guests, and can be counted on to consistently work the scheduled overnight shifts.
