Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will help foster a warm, efficient environment that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty. Whether handling reservations, addressing guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, your proactive approach will be essential to delivering top-tier hospitality experiences. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly phone etiquette and professional client communication. Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, including booking adjustments and cancellations. Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent customer service problem-solving skills. Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy. Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety and operational continuity during incidents or emergencies. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest requests or resolve issues swiftly. Maintain comprehensive records of guest interactions, reservations, and incident reports for operational transparency. Uphold high standards of front desk operations by practicing effective phone communication and hospitality management principles. Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is highly preferred. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent platforms. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a strong advantage for serving diverse guests effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes enhances operational readiness. Experience working in resort environments or with hospitality reservation systems adds value to your application. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent phone etiquette are essential for success in this role.
