Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing details. Assist with night audit procedures, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness. Uphold guest relations by offering personalized service, sharing local information, and creating a welcoming environment. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for handling reservations and guest records accurately. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest services, hotel operations, and night audit procedures.
