Overview The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and positive experience throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide hotel information Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Process payments and maintain accurate billing records Address guest concerns and coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards
