Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent at Home2 Suites, you are the first point of contact for guests. You will provide outstanding customer service, ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures, and respond to guest needs with professionalism and hospitality. Your role is vital in delivering the brand promise of a comfortable, friendly, and efficient extended-stay experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude. Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately using the hotel's property management system (PMS). Process reservations, room assignments, and cancellations. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and directions. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area. Ensure all guest records and information are handled securely and confidentially. Follow all Hilton and Home2 Suites brand standards and operational procedures. Assist with night audit duties, if working evening or overnight shifts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly and professional demeanor. Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with computer systems and basic office equipment. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
