This role is essential in delivering a smooth and welcoming guest experience throughout all stages of their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests, confirming reservations and assigning rooms Process guest checkouts and verify all charges for accuracy Handle reservations, cancellations, and room changes Verify methods of payment during check-in Respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests Promote and upsell room upgrades and available amenities Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed

Qualifications:

Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred Bilingual (English and Spanish) required Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills

Schedule Requirements:
