We are currently seeking a talented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Best Western Plus, where we strive to offer the highest standard of service to all our guests.- 3 PM
- 11 PM (Full Time)
- Off on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday (bi-weekly)
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk Check-in and check out guests, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and recorded accurately Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests in a professional and timely manner Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Uphold Best Western's brand standards and values, delivering exceptional service at all times.Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hotel front desk role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficient in using phone systems and computer software applications Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient computer skills and experience with hotel management software are advantageous. A positive attitude, a passion for customer service, and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations. There will beNO SITTING
