In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by managing front desk operations, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and assistance Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly attitude Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and well-maintained Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management Provide comprehensive guest services including concierge support, local recommendations, and hotel amenities information Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is preferred Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems required Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally Prior hotel or resort experience strongly preferred in delivering guest services and managing guest relations Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest.
