Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations, from greeting clients to managing administrative tasks. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and enjoy helping others start their fitness journey, this position is perfect for you! We value proactive, friendly individuals who excel at multitasking and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner. Check members in and assist with memberships, account questions, and general inquiries. Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally. Process memberships, retail purchases, and daily transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and facility. Complete assigned daily cleaning and operational tasks. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Customer service experience preferred. Sales experience is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old. Weekend availability is preferred.
