As a Guest Services Representative

• Front Desk Attendant, you are the face of hospitality!

You man the front desk and greet each guest enthusiastically. Using your terrific communication skills, you speak with guests over the phone to make or adjust reservations. In the morning, you chat with people as they're checking out or coming down for breakfast. In the evenings you love to welcome guests as they're checking in. Always meticulous, you run reports to make sure that all billing is accurate. Meeting new people and helping them have the best experience possible fills you with great satisfaction!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Flexible and able to work some weekends Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you personable and able to build rapport with people easily? Can you provide excellent hospitality with a smile? If yes, you might just be perfect for this entry-level position!

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a part-time position with approximately 2-4 shifts per week. The schedule may include day shifts (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) or evening shifts (3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) , so flexibility is required. Weekend availability is also needed.
