Job Description
The TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Orem and the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Orem are looking for a few fun and energetic people to fill out our team! We are currently looking for someone to work 3-5 shifts per week. Shifts are either 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, although we are primarily hiring for 3:00pm-11:00pm.
Job Summary:
Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key. Authorize all payment types for room and market charges. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest. Run daily reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications. Provide excellent customer service to our guests.Requirements:
- Be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
- Be on time and appropriately dressed (we will provide a uniform)
