Backed by over 40 years of award-winning expertise, we combine unmatched guest service with meticulous care for every home in our portfolio, which includes ski-in/ski-out estates, mountainside villas, and designer-curated condos. Why Work at Luxe Haus? You'll be part of a forward-thinking team rooted in creativity, integrity, and personal growth. This is your opportunity to craft unforgettable guest experiences, grow your career, and help redefine luxury hospitality in the mountains.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Guest Experience & Property Support Associate plays a frontline role in delivering an unforgettable guest experience across our luxury vacation rental portfolio. This role is centered on pre-check-in and post-checkout property walkthroughs, in-stay guest support, and identifying and reporting property damage or maintenance needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail, a hospitality mindset, and the flexibility to support guests - and occasionally owners - on a seasonal, as-needed basis.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct thorough pre-check-in walkthroughs to ensure properties are guest-ready, fully stocked, and meet Luxe Haus standards.
- Conduct post-checkout walkthroughs to inspect condition, identify damages, and document any issues for the team.
- Serve as an in-the-moment point of contact for guests during their stay, resolving needs quickly and professionally - including occasional after-hours requests.
- Support guest check-in and check-out logistics as needed.
- Maintain and restock property inventory (linens, amenities, supplies) between stays.
- Report and track property damages, repairs, and maintenance needs identified during walkthroughs.
- Operate and troubleshoot home automation systems (lighting, climate, security, smart home devices) to support guest comfort.
- Provide light hands-on support with maintenance issues within properties when needed (example: changing batteries, charging sensors, rebooting wifi, etc).
- Coordinate with maintenance, landscaping, pool, and other vendors on-site as needed to prepare properties for guests.
- Assist with occasional owner-facing needs - property updates, walkthroughs, or care of their investment when requested.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with the Luxe Haus team on property status, guest issues, and turnover progress.
What You Bring:
- Previous hospitality, hotel, vacation rental, or property support experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when inspecting properties for condition and damage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable interacting directly with guests.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities during turnover periods.
- Proficient with basic technology (scheduling software, messaging apps, email).
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with home automation and smart-home technology a plus.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional after-hours guest needs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Schedule:
- We're hiring for two positions to provide full coverage across the day, with staggered shift start times - approximately 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, with shifts running until approximately 7:00 PM.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
- Days off are staggered between the two positions to maintain coverage: one role works Wednesday-Sunday (off Monday-Tuesday), and the other works Friday-Tuesday (off Wednesday-Thursday).
