In this lively role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well-cared-for from the moment they arrive. Your energetic approach to customer service will help foster a warm and inviting atmosphere at our resort or hotel, making each guest's stay exceptional. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while contributing to a vibrant guest-focused environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly with a positive attitude Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management systems Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while adhering to safety and hospitality standards Support multilingual guests by communicating fluently in multiple languages or providing translation assistance when needed Qualifications Previous hotel or front desk experience is highly preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset are essential Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, especially in languages commonly spoken by our guests Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests Ability to remain energetic, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest relations best practices is advantageous Prior experience working in a resort or luxury hotel setting is a bonus but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality shines!
