Job Description
$25/hour PLUS bonuses
- We do not have a benefits package, and no health insurance is offered
- Duties Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing client communication Coordinate and schedule property showings, open houses, property inspections, etc Assist with property listings Maintain and update real estate databases and files Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential buyers Assist with marketing and online presence Help the agent in any way possible, so that they may spend their time acquiring new business Qualifications Previous experience in real estate administrative is a MUST Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of fair housing regulations and practices Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in real estate software applications •We do not have a benefits package, and no health insurance is offered•As a Real Estate Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate agents in their day-to-day operations.
