Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform night audit duties as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred in a hotel
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
• Knowledge of hospitality management software is an advantage. Lightspeed is a plus
• 90 Day Probationary Period (Must have no prior commitments in the first 90 days)
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including days, evenings, graveyards, weekends, and holidays
